Lent

So, about lent. It’s going pretty well for the most part. I still haven’t had chocolate or pop, but I’ve totally caved regarding the whole ‘not buying candy from the vending machines’ thing. It’s too hard to resist!

Today I wanted a chocolate chip cookie so badly that I ground it into powder, gave the chocolate to my brother and ate the rest. I am desperate! But no! I will be strong and go an entire forty days with no chocolate! I did it in grade ten and I’ll do it again!

I had a bunch of tests today… wooh. But it was pretty cool because there was this one stupid question that I just couldn’t understand from the homework, so I asked the child genius Scott for help and so I could finally do it, and then it was the last question on the test, worth five marks!! That was all one sentence but who cares!
