Leave You Far Behind

In a couple of hours I will be leaving for Gull Lake! I am very excited, even though it was kind of bad news that Sammy couldn’t come. But still, there are a lot of great people coming so I’m happy about that! I hope it’s not too cold there! The last time I went there I was quite a bit younger… I think it was near the end of grade eight. I absolutely love going back to places that I’ve been just once or twice as a child. When I get there, I can feel… I don’t know… the echoes of memories. Haunting, oooh.

Nick apologized today for his freaking how dare you judge me episode. I guess that’s a good thing but I’m pretty sure he’s under the impression that it’s okay to lose it and say anything to people as long as he says sorry after. And in my opinion, that’s not okay.

And Katie drove me home from school again yesterday!
