Flames Rally

It’s been a pretty busy week so far. The days are flying by way too quickly! I’m almost into diploma exams, ahh!!!

On Wednesday after Alex had written her social studies diploma we went down town to Olympic Plaza for the Flames rally. It was insane the number of people there. It seriously seemed like at least a tenth of the whole city was there. The atmosphere was great though, it was pretty fun! Afterwards Alex and I went for lunch at Chinook and then of course played some DDR while we were there, which proved to have been a mistake when we left with stomach cramps. (Since we’d both just eaten.)

Yesterday while I was in the library Katie came in and said that she had to go to the emergency room the night before since her dog had ferociously bitten her. It looked pretty painful but I don’t find it as noticeable as I think she thinks it is. Poor Katie.

In biology, Steph and I worked on the ceiling tile for our class, it was so cool! We’re going to have a diagram of the brain and then label the different parts of it with people’s names. It’s original! We were all art-studenty, too, with our paints and palettes. Ahh, I love it.

And today I took the math field test… not sure I did too well on that one but it doesn’t count towards our mark, so that’s a good thing! Steph and I finished off the ceiling tile and everyone signed it, and then we went downstairs to watch the new part of the presentation that Kim did. So school was pretty great today.

After school I had to go to the dentist. I think I had a newbie dental hygenist or something because it took her forever to clean my teeth. But after that whole ordeal I went to Katie’s house and watched Underworld, which was awesome because I love Underworld and Katie and Katie’s pets!! Awe, her kitty is so much nicer than mine… oh well, I guess I still like my demon-seed cat.

Now I’m off to watch 24 with Kim! Yayy!
