Out Where The Lightning Splits the Sea

I would swear that there’s someone, somewhere, watching me…

So this year of Halloween was awesome! First was Mike & Leah’s murder mystery “An Affair to Dismember”. It was wicked. Their place was all great and decorated and everyone had great costumes. I loved my costume also. And it was cheap! Six bucks for the top at Value Village (and a bit more for the accessories but I’ll wear those again). I give it an A+! Then was Kim’s party which was sweet also. We had SOO much candy and a Panda Piñata and we watched Death Becomes Her and made Mark dress up in a $3 ninja costume! Alex was a ninja too but she actually looked like one. And Jen was Tinkerbell! Halloween itself I will spend watching House and loving each minute of it because it’s been in re-runs for the last four weeks. Aah!

Last night I watched Mirrormask and it was probably the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while! Sure the storyline was lacking and the critics hated it… who cares? I was entertained and it was interesting and gorgeous. It was amazing and I’ll probably buy it one day.

And today was so great! It is Justin Buzan’s 19th so we went out for Chinese food after work and sweet Paige was there and awe man, she is too cute for words! She just keeps getting cuter each time I see her, gosh! So we had a good time at the restaurant and then we came back here and watched home videos of Justin and the boys when he was little.
