Gull Lake

Camp was fun! It was great. On the way there I drove with Mike (the one that’s not related to me) and Lindsay (with an ‘a’). When we got there we more or less just ate a snack and had a short lesson and discussion and went to bed.

On Saturday morning we had a bit of a bible study with some songs. And breakfast.  Then later during free time we did a scavenger hunt and I went with the other girls trying to find the lake, but it was very muddy and snowy and cold so we went back to the meeting hall for a rousing game of Cranium (and lunch).

In the evening we (had dinner and) had an ending session not unlike challenge day where we all got positive comments written on paper plates taped to our backs. At night we played Mission Impossible with glow sticks—so awesome!! Then Jared was spitting fire with Tiki lamp oil, it was very cool! Mike and Mike did some glow-in-the-dark juggling and Cailee and I performed some interpretive dance/poetry. All in all it was amazing, I’m glad I went.
