Weekend in Lethbridge

This weekend in Lethbridge was pretty much better than I thought it would be. Derek and Yolayne’s new house is gorgeous! And I hadn’t seen my cousins in forever, either. I got to meet Dustin’s girlfriend, Sam, and she seems like a really nice person. I’m proud of Dustin in that regard. He could have any of a hundred ditzy-blonde girls (just read his high school yearbooks) but he chose a cool, real, artsy girl instead. That rocks!

After Linda’s party, (we played Pictionary!! Yes!) we rented Shrek 2 and Kimberly French-braided my hair. Wow, she is fantastic at that. We went to church the next morning and then Kim and I watched home videos until it was time to go back to Calgary. I miss the days when we were all adorable…
