Sheet Music
Today was a good day. Actually, it was quite fantastic, for a Monday.
The fantasticness definitely started after the math test in first period, unless the fact that the test was incredibly easy counts. After print service we went to TD again, and then to Edo. It was sooo good. Then typesetting I got full marks on our last assignment, and in pre-press we got to colour comics! Yay! It was almost six when I sent my film to print and I was all worried and stuff but Brenda said she’d take care of it for me cause she’s so nice!
African dance was also fun tonight, even though I have come to terms with that I am really not so good at it yet. But who knows, maybe I will get better.
When I got off the train this morning I saw Lesley still on it, by a window. I totally didn’t even recognize her for some reason so I didn’t wave right away, but then I did. She probably thinks I’m either stupid or snotty but I didn’t mean to be either! Too bad I didn’t see her before, because I could have found out how her French exchange went last summer. She went on the same one as Katie but to a different city.
And this evening I have come upon untold joy! Yes my friends, the sheet music and Quicktime file for the ‘Frames’ Bell commercial with the super pretty piano music! I think it will take me forever to learn, because even though Comptine d’Un Autre Été was hard and fast, it was all at least in natural. This one… well it has flats everywhere which makes me cry. But no, I will learn it!
I am still hopelessly devoted to the Sword of Truth series… I finished book two on the train today and was up until nearly three last night reading it. So… yeah, that means I did book two in less than a week. But now I have to read Outlander and Interview With The Vampire before Corpsey gives me the third one. It is probably for my own good, haha!
