Skating

Okay, either someone’s birthday is today and I can’t remember who, or today is some kind of important anniversary of something… this date seems familiar. Grade ten science teacher’s birthday? Mrs. Macdonell’s? Darn it!

Yesterday was so great—skating party at the Olympic Oval. Since Mick passed on we’ve had it as a memorial for him… kind of sad. I miss him. But last year I was too scared to go with Kristen and talk to the college & career aged people, but this year I did because I know them all now. That makes me very, very happy.
