New Jersey/Alliteration

I guess I have a week of entries to catch up on! I think I’ll tell of all the most important events in no order. Mrs. Macdonell wasn’t here today and we re-did the reading comprehension test again with a group. Unlike last time in social, I actually got a good group this time. The sub was choosing groups in alphabetical order so we already had Jon, Mike and I and I said we wanted one more person and Laura’s like, “I want to go with them!” and he’s like “No! I’m going down the list! Alex Raj”, “He’s not here,” “Laura Riley” “That’s meeee!!!” screams Laura and the sub was like, “Holy God Almighty!” It was hilarious.

Mark was absent today and I have to find a time to bring him his math homework… I have a recital tomorrow at Sarcee Carewest. Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Mim are here today. I hope they can come to the show. Guess what: I hit the ball on the second pitch today in baseball! Hurray! Today was the due date for three projects and I was up late last night getting it all done… the math notes alone took over an hour. I was working on my scrapbook in Lethbridge and so I just finished it. It was a good idea I to do the poetry poster Thursday night. Speaking of that, I saw Gloria, Kim, and Kristen’s posters and they’re like, ten times better than mine, so I don’t know if mine’s going up on the wall. I’m so glad to have today done though because it was stressing me out!

Oh! The funniest thing happened in LA yesterday!! We were having this contest between the women and the boys on poetic terms so Gill and Jon were up against eachother and she said, “The bees buzzed!” Gill wrote down ‘onomatopoeia’ and Jon wrote down ‘sound‘. Hehe! Then Celeste and Kalen were against eachother and Mrs. Macdonell said, “The women are winning by seven points, should we give the boys a break? I think so.” So she said, “Name one of the teams playing in the play-offs!” and Celeste wrote down ‘New Jersey’ and Kalen wrote down ‘alliteration’. I died laughing, honestly!

In computers we’re doing HTML and I accidentally jacked the java off my own site and put it in my notepad site. Whoops. Was I not supposed to have hover links yet? Heh.
